Appeasements – Shopify

Appeasements (such as partial refunds or order-level compensation) initiated in ESW must be reflected accurately in Shopify to keep order and payment records aligned.

Capture Appeasements Initiated in ESW

  • Monitor ESW for appeasement events at both order-level and item-level.
  • Retrieve details such as:
    • Amount refunded
    • Items affected
    • Reason for appeasement
